The phone calls from concerned family and friends have started again, wondering if we're OK with tropical storm Humberto hitting the Gulf Coast. I love that I find out about severe weather here from people 1,000 miles away, and I never encounter said weather myself.
It's been raining every afternoon for the last week or so ... except for the last two days. Those days have been clear, sunny and "cooler" (with a high of 85). Quite lovely, as a matter of fact!
No need to worry about us. But thanks for your concern! =)
